Hello I would also like to add that this is a priority for us. It would be good to be able to have a distribution list or smart groups which dynamically change according to AD groups as well. Or at the very least to add multiple assignees for issue actions.

In addition to this, it would be great if we could personalise the email message in the notifications, especially to draw attention to the severe or urgent incidents and risks?
