Enhancement required for the Agreements Register - add a hyperlink against the Associated Third Party name so it links directly to the Broker record in the Third Party Register - added in the logged Issue

Enhancement required for the Agreements Register - Functionality to allow filtering by Third Party in the Agreements Register

Should be able to locate the Agreement Holder and the Brokers that relates to that Agreement Holder
