It might be useful to be able to change the order in which responsibilities are viewed.

Secondly (and more complicated) it might be useful to be able to create sequenced responsibilities - where subsequent responsibilities aren't assigned until the preceding responsibility has an outcome (not just assigned or responded to).

For example, 1 - 'confirm that your organisation will provide this service'. Once confirmed, assign 2 - 'ensure that the service has all of these necessary features and functions...'.

The obvious workaround is to merely rephrase the second responsibility as 'if you provide the service, ensure it has all of these necessary features and functions...'. But I wouldn't want to burden customers with lengthy compliance information if it is unnecessary or inapplicable.

This is most-likely a future focused feature.
