1.In the Risk overview, we want the Treatment status field from the Risk overview bar to be removed and replaced with Treatment Decision field as it provides information on the decision taken for the corresponding risk record. (Refer img Risk Overview-1)

2.In the same bar, alongside the Risk Rating field, we require to display the Target Risk Rating field as well. (Refer img Risk Overview-2)
