This enhancement allows users to view and manage linked items such as Risks, Issues, and other custom register entries directly from assessment results, creating a consistent and seamless navigation model.

Key Components:

• Dedicated Linked Data tab in QBA results, aligned with RBA
• Icon-based tiles (e.g., Controls, Risks, Issues, Custom Registers) for quick navigation
• Ability to view, add, or remove linked records (e.g., risks, issues) from requirements
• Default behavior: system preserves the user’s selected tab when navigating across requirements
• “Recommended Risks” as the default sub-tab, with Hailey-suggested risks available as an adjacent tab
