Description: Standardize the linked data experience within the QBA results page by extending the recently implemented linked data pattern (as used in RBA). This enhancement allows users to view and manage linked items such as Risks, Issues, and other custom register entries directly from assessment results, creating a consistent and seamless navigation model.
Key Components:
- Dedicated Linked Data tab in QBA results, aligned with RBA
- Icon-based tiles (e.g., Controls, Risks, Issues, Custom Registers) for quick navigation
- Ability to view, add, or remove linked records (e.g., risks, issues) from requirements
- Default behavior: system preserves the user’s selected tab when navigating across requirements
- “Recommended Risks” as the default sub-tab, with Hailey-suggested risks available as an adjacent tab
Benefits:
- Creates a unified and familiar user experience across assessments and modules
- Increases efficiency by allowing quick linking and navigation without losing context
- Expands flexibility to connect QBA requirements with any custom register items
- Supports better traceability of risk and issue relationships with compliance requirements
