When the status of a treatment plan is changed to Completed and the plan has a linked Control or Controls, automatically place the linked Control under Current Controls on the risk/s the treatment plan is attached to.

If the Control linked to the treatment plan is linked to multiple treatment plans, it should only be moved to Current Controls after all related treatment plans are marked Completed.
