Currently the text size on the current PDF extract is too large and goes across more pages than required. This should be amended accordingly.

Additionally the function to be able to select the information to include or exclude on extract (i.e. associated issues, controls, risks, etc etc), and being able to narrow the extract to only a limited selection i.e. "only controls/issues that contain XYZ or between A-C range.
