Option to Hide Skipped Questions in Assessment Module

Issue:
In the Assessment module, questions with skip conditions are still displayed even when the condition to skip them is met.

Suggested Enhancement:
Introduce an option to hide skipped questions entirely from the user interface and output when skip logic is triggered.

Benefit:
This would allow better control over assessment flow, reduce user confusion, and improve data relevance by displaying only applicable questions.

Hi Pradeep Reddy Kapa, thanks for sharing the feedback.
In the assessment response, when a question is skipped due to a respondent’s earlier answer, it is displayed as disabled along with an informative message. This provides clarity, helping the respondent understand why the question was skipped. Without this context, the sudden disappearance of a question can be confusing.

Saurabh Rihan The suggestion by the Requester is to hide the Skipped question in the first place. The only time the skipped question would show up and disappear is when the a user selects the option and then changes to a different answer.

There wont be confusion for the user because most of the time, the questions would be framed in such a way users can understand why it disappeared. Plus changing the answer will enable the skipped question anyway.

Hidding the skipped question is also way cleaner. Right now it takes up unwanted space. See attachment.

In Microsoft Forms also I believe it works similar to the suggestion here. The conditional question does not show up unless the user selects the relevant option. See the 2nd attachment
