Add a predefined set of mandatory ISO 27001 registers to the Content Library so they can be automatically created when the content is imported.
Many ISO 27001 implementations require maintaining specific registers (e.g., Risk Register, Asset Register, Supplier Register, Incident Register, etc.). Currently, these must often be created manually after deploying the framework.
The proposal is to include these registers as part of the ISO 27001 Content Library so that when the framework is imported, the required registers are automatically generated.
Benefits:
Ensures consistency across ISO 27001 implementations.
Reduces manual setup when deploying the framework.
Helps organizations avoid missing critical ISMS registers.
Improves onboarding speed for new environments or spokes.
Example registers that could be automatically created:
Risk Register
Asset Inventory Register
Supplier / Third-Party Register
Security Incident Register
Exception Register
Corrective Action Register
Statement of Applicability (SoA) related records
When importing the ISO 27001 content package, the platform would automatically create these registers and link them to the relevant controls and processes.
