Hello, I have a few functions I would like to request for Registers.

• Ability to add the "Description" field as a column to the register view.
• Ability to sort by custom attributes columns.
• Ability to filter by Blank fields. For example, if we had missed filling out a priority on a Finding we can currently only filter by the priorities, not by a finding that has no priority.
• Ability to see if there are tasks associated with a finding from the register view, without clicking into the finding.
