Email notifications to be linked to Issue Type

There are significant differences from a definition perspective that is understood in the risk community e.g. the difference between an issue and an incident.
It appears in 6 clicks all email notifications just simply refer to "an issue' even though this could relate to an incident.
Can we ensure the notification relate to the issue type or at the very least refer to issue or incident???
This seems a little trivial but creates confusion when we are trying to educate on the differences.

Hi Nathan Woll, we are introducing Registers 2.0 aligning them with the issue and incident module. We will be encouraging folks to use a new register for each issue or incident type once the functionality is live.
