Rather than filtering for the answered/unanswered questions, we want it to be presented like how the highlighted content is displayed in the attachment below. In the case of "Question :4 of 10" in the attached image refers to the number of the question you are currently answering. Instead of that we want it to be "2 of 10" if 2 questions are answered in total or "4 of 10" if 4 questions are answered in total. We are looking for something similar to this format.
