For example, the description text box in issues/incidents is tiny. It is easier to link out to a Word doc than edit a large amount of text in here.

Some text boxes should be able to be made smaller than others, and some should be able to be made larger.

Need to be able to trust using this platform is a good UX for our staff to ensure adoptability.
