Create a new option like Issues/Incidents that will allow for users to submit requests or other intake forms that would be able to be separated by request type and allow for including attachments. (i.e. Marketing Requests, Compliance Requests, or Security Requests.) Requests could be triaged and worked appropriate to assign an assessment or other action.
