The information updated under the ‘Comments’ section is not fetching in the notification emails rather it just displaying as ‘Comments’ for Update. Please find attached screenshot for the same for your reference.

Louis I don't understand why the status of this request has been changed to 'completed' as this issue hasn't been fixed?
