Controls can be imported as a JSON or XLSX, and most importantly responsibilities can be imported from a template.
However, the only export function is in a JSON, which requires me to either work in JSON, or do a manual conversion into the XLSX import template for responsibilities where I want to do a mass update, rather than individual updates in the system.
Where there is an import functionality, in addition to the template (which is already available) it should be possible to export the current data set in that templated format, as this allows you to 1) work with the current set of data without completely overwriting it, and 2) know what valid data is based on what is already there.
