Building logic in custom alerts would be highly beneficial. One use case is building a custom alert to notify a group of users if, let's say, 3 issues were raised within a 3 month period and linked to a specific risk, it would trigger an alert to management. This could be the trigger for a business to re-assess the risk and potentially treat it again, based on these custom thresholds that each business can set.

This is just one example, but custom alerts can be applied to a range of different registers and applications within the platform, and is a powerful way of cutting through the noise and alerting key people/groups of things that matter the most to them and the business.
