Include the capability to auto-assign standard action(s) when an issue is submitted via a form (in the way that can already be done via tags). This would allow quality control steps or other business rules to be implemented easily.

An enhanced version of this same functionality could allow the automated creation of actions based on certain values e.g. issue type, priority, or similar.
