When we create issue, the field "Audit Finding Rating" is missing from the 'Issues and Actions' component, with the assessment response where we capture the issue details.
The current setup is, we need to update this filed "Audit Finding Rating" details manually by going to the individual issues in the ‘Issues & Incidents’ register module. To reduce this step, could you please incorporate this field within the 'Issues and Actions' component at the earliest. Thank you!
