more than 95% of our issues submitted via issues form will need some sort of supporting documents (PDF or screenshot picture) and this has been pain point with additional task and time taken to request this on separate email rathen than feature where they can include attachment at the time of submitting the form. Appreciate if 6clicks can consider this feature in timely manner as this has been requested since 2023

We really need this feature. When we raise an issue or incident, most of the time, we need to provide an example or screen capture. By not having this capability, it severely limits the use of the forms.
