Enhancement

Today we are announcing some small but important updates to that risk import and export capability. Our focus for these updates is to improve getting risks into 6clicks and getting them out of 6clicks for reporting and transferring between teams (note: a more holistic solution for risk transfer is planned for next year).

For importing, users can directly import risks, risk treatment plans and risk assessments as separate items. Previously these were blended into a single import file, limiting how many risk treatment plans and risk assessments could be imported into 6clicks. You can now easily import as many risk treatment plans and assessments as you like.

But that's not even the best bit. Rather than editing the import template to match the setup of your risk register, these new updates allow you to download a template that automatically matches your risk register, significantly streamlining the import process. Moreover, the import capability allows you to bulk update risks already existing on your risk register.

The exporting risks capability also includes an important update. When exporting your risk register, you can select whether you only want to include the fields/columns displayed on the risk register or if you want to include all risk fields, ensuring you have the flexibility to meet your needs.
